You will be asked to sign a message. It proves you control the address and cannot move funds or approve anything.
This uses Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE, EIP-4361), the standard sign-in message for EVM wallets, Robinhood Chain included: your wallet will show “sign in with your Ethereum account”, which is the standard’s wording, and the message names chain 4663.
